Are you a traveller or a student or someone who owns so many computers and when you have more than one computer then its understood that you have some data saved on all of them , so its hard to access your important data saved on different computers from one place , here's a software called Drop Box which allows you to drop your data at one place and then you can access it from anywhere around the globe.
If you're a university student and often forget to save your presentations on a flash drive then no problem whenever you make your new presentation just drop that to the Drop Box and when you need it just download it directly from your university computer.
Setting it up on your computer is so simple just go here and then click on a "Download Drop Box" button , once the download is complete run the setup when the setup completes it asks you that either you already have a Drop Box account or don't .
After you select "I don't have a Dropbox account" bullet and click next it shows you a signup form for dropbox account (through this account you will be able to access data from anywhere on the web).
Then it will ask you to choose your dropbox size , there's just one package which is free and gives you 2GB of space , for 50 GB or 100 GB you will have to pay !
Select 2 GB and click next then select the type of installation you want, then it would give you a small 4 steps tour which will guide you that where you can drop your files to acess it from anywhere, if you've selected typical installation then a dropbox folder has been created in your "My Documents" Folder.
Now specific data, files , videos etc that you want to be on your dropbox just drop them in "Dropbox" folder which has been created in your "My Documents" Folder. You can directly jump into the dropbox folder by clicking on a icon in your tray.
Once you add your data to the dropbox folder, now you can access it from anywhere by just logging in here.
